Good day inmates!

Here’s hoping that you are all having a explicitly marvellous day or night, wherever you are. Well, it’s hard to believe that another year is coming to a close. Christmas is nigh once more. 2017 seems to have gone remarkably fast! It’s been a perplexing year, with many good and bad things happening in tandem. Real life always seems to get in the way eh? I know the blog has been a touch on the quiet side, but I’d like to think that it’s coming back to life a bit now. On that note, I hope you’ve all been enjoying my newest poems.

So, it’s time for another edition of the Harlequins writing music. This is the 21st edition of this now, that’s pretty damn crazy. Perhaps crazier than me! As always, I’m finding new musical artists who bring new images, sounds and colours to my mindscape. Music is the ultimate inspirational factor in life, in my opinion. A song can inspire a story of woe or wonder. A song can provoke emotions of all shades. A song can galvanize ones writing, acting as a ‘nudge out of the door’ so to speak. It truly is a marvellous thing!

Once again, join me as I delve into the musical minds of inimitable artists the world over!

Illenium – Sleepwalker

ZZ Top – Sharp Dressed Man

Korn – Hater

So there we have it for yet another volume of the Harlequins writing music! I hope that you fellow inmates of the world take a look at these artists, they’re all pretty great! As for my next writing music post, I’m going to try something a little bit different. I have two separate ideas for that, so we’ll see how it goes. Anyways, that’s enough rambling from this tired old Harlequin!

Until next time, have a very crazy day inmates!
