Hello there inmates!

I hope that you’re all having a fabulously crazy day! It’s time for yet another chapter of the Harlequins writing music. That’s right, I’m still doing these! I thought I’d mix it up a little bit this time though. I’m still going to show some great writing songs (in my opinion of course), but these ones are going to be from video game soundtracks. I’ll be exhibiting some songs from some of my favorite video games. These same songs have been played continually while I write, particularly when I write fantasy-related stuff.

Now, let us delve into the musical minds of enormously grand artists (and video game developers) the world over!

Nobuo Uematsu – The Sanctuary of Zi’Tah
Final Fantasy XI

Yutaka Minobe and Tatsuyuki Maeda – Battle 1
Skies of Arcadia

Motoi Sakuraba – Gwyn, Lord of Cinder
Dark Souls

Nobuo Uematsu – You’re Not Alone
Final Fantasy IX

Jeremy Soule – Morrowind Theme
The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind

So there you have it for another edition of the Harlequins writing music! I’ve left links for the games as well, in case anybody reading this wishes to give them a try. I’ll admit that, save for one, these games are reasonably well known though. Give them a try if you ever get a chance! These songs have been just as inspirational to me while I write, despite being from video games. I simply fancied mixing it up for these writing music lists, though I must say the next one will likely be back to normal. I hope you’ve enjoyed this list anyway,  I hope you’ll be back for the next time! Thank you for reading my dear friends!

Have a very crazy day inmates!
